Linda Erzah
Linda joined the team to manage the development and delivery of GPA digital products. She serves as the liaison between the technology, learning and business teams to evaluate product ideas, assess feasibility, and determine business priorities. She oversees the development and implementation of the product roadmap, requirements and works hand-in-hand with the product experience team to develop the right product design. She manages project planning and monitoring of activities by helping the team define realistic goals and business requirements for each product release. Linda is talented at many disciplines including product management, project management and business analysis, with a proven history of success to drive new product initiatives. As a determined problem solver, self-motivated team player, and a leader, she is known for getting the job done. Linda has a track record for quickly and efficiently delivering and implementing solutions that meet the business and users’ needs. Prior to joining GPA, Linda oversaw the daily operation of her own consulting and training company. She provided services in business analysis and product management across various industries (healthcare, gaming, service, marketing, retail, software and hardware). She worked with Scientific Games, Autotrader, Retaligent, Emory, Matria Healthcare, and Compaq. Her success stems from her passion for building quality solutions that meet the users’ needs. She also has experience building, leading and managing functional and cross-functional teams. In her spare time, Linda loves writing children’s books and gardening. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
